Robson Square Ice Rink 2024-2025: Skate in the Heart of Vancouver
The Robson Square Ice Rink is back for another season of magical winter fun! From November 29, 2024, to February 28, 2025, skaters of all ages can glide across the ice in downtown Vancouver’s most iconic outdoor skating rink. Whether you’re enjoying the holiday lights, sipping on a warm drink, or skating with loved ones, this Vancouver tradition offers something for everyone.

Skating Rules for Safety
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, the following rules are in place:
- Helmets: Strongly recommended for all skaters; mandatory for those aged 12 and under.
- Permitted Footwear: Only skates or grips allowed on the ice.
- Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Figure skating and hockey
- Carrying children or infants on the ice
- Reckless skating, earphone use, and cellphone use on the ice
- Food, beverages, umbrellas, and pets on the ice
Skating is inherently risky, and all visitors are required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement upon skate rental.
