If you miss your time, we’ll do our best to get you on the next available train. For larger groups, please note that wait times may be longer. An additional train will run at the end of each night for those who were unable to board earlier trains.

Can our group sit together?
Seating is first-come, first-served. Arrive early if you’re hoping to sit together as a group.

Can my child sit on my lap?
Yes, children under 2 years old can sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket. Children over 2 will need their own ticket and seat.

Will I see animals during Arctic Nights?
Animals won’t be visible during the event due to low lighting. Earlier train rides may offer a chance to spot a few animals, but visibility will be limited as night falls.
