The 15th Annual Surrey Tree Lighting Festival & Holiday Market, presented by Concord Pacific, returns to Surrey Civic Plaza on Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 23, 2025 — marking the official start of the holiday season with free admission, live entertainment, family activities, and the first-ever free outdoor ice skating rink!

🎄 Event Overview
Presented by Concord Pacific, this two-day festival transforms Surrey Civic Plaza into a festive wonderland featuring:

Surrey’s 60-foot Christmas tree lighting ceremony (Saturday, Nov 22 at 6:30 PM)

Free live music and entertainment across five stages

Free outdoor ice skating — bring your own skates and helmet or rent on-site

Holiday Market with 80+ local vendors

Amusement rides, food trucks, kids’ activities, and festive light displays

Free photos with Santa (online booking opens early November)
The festival runs noon to 8 PM each day, culminating in the Surrey Shines Bright Show on Sunday night.

For the first time ever, attendees can skate outdoors on a 4,000-square-foot ice rink located inside the Holiday Market & Rink Tent.

🍔 Enchanted Eats & Food Trucks
Located on Enchanted Boulevard, this year’s Enchanted Eats zone features dozens of local food trucks, serving comfort favourites, gourmet treats, and festive sweets.
🌟 The 60-Foot Surrey Christmas Tree
Be there Saturday, November 22 at 6:30 PM, when Mayor and Council flip the switch to light Surrey’s 60-foot Christmas tree. The tree will remain illuminated through early January 2026, symbolizing community, joy, and togetherness.
