Toque is the craft fair for people who want their gifts to come with a story. For one weekend in December, Western Front, the artist-run centre in a heritage building on East 8th Avenue, fills two floors with more than 60 BC artists and makers. Every maker gives 30% of their sales back to Western Front, so your Christmas shopping keeps a Vancouver arts space going.
Western Front has hosted winter fairs since the 1970s, and Toque has run this one since 2002. The 2026 fair is Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, starting with an opening party on Friday night.
