Ladner Village does Christmas small and sweet. On a Thursday evening in late November, the historic village centre gathers for live music and a sing-along, gingerbread cookie decorating, a gingerbread photo booth and a mailbox for letters to Santa. Then, at 7:00 PM, Santa himself arrives to light the tree.
