Kick off the holiday season at Bright in Burnaby, a beloved community celebration at Burnaby Village Museum. This festive evening brings together holiday lights, family activities, music, and the annual tree lighting ceremony — all while supporting local families in need.
Held at the museum’s Festive Village, this event invites visitors to stroll charming heritage streets decorated for the season and take part in a warm and joyful community gathering.

Tree Lighting Ceremony
Gather around the bandstand at 6:30 PM for remarks followed by the magical moment when the holiday tree lights up the village sky at approximately 6:50 PM. -
Support the Burnaby Christmas Bureau
All proceeds from carousel rides sold between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM will be donated to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau — and Concord Pacific will match all donations, doubling community impact. -
Carousel Rides
Enjoy a ride for just $2.71 each. Ride tickets do not expire and can be used any time of year — purchase a few to support a great cause. -
Family-Friendly Winter Atmosphere
Wander through beautifully decorated heritage buildings and pathways, perfect for photos and holiday memories.
