For a few Decembers, the PNE grounds in East Vancouver, better known for the summer fair, turned into a winter carnival: a WinterLights display, Nutcracker on Ice at the Pacific Coliseum, a holiday train, skating, ice bumper cars, rides and mini donuts in the cold. The PNE launched the Winter Fair in 2022.
There’s no 2026 Winter Fair announced so far, and we found no 2025 edition either. Here’s what the fair offered last time, in case it comes back, and where to find similar fun this year.
